Located on a quiet stretch of beach, guests can enjoy the ocean without the crowds often found in nearby Cocoa Beach. This exceptionally clean, well-appointed property is perfect for a Beach Getaway! The location was great because it was right on a beautiful, quiet beach. It’s a corner unit on the 2nd floor, which felt secluded and open - especially the large, comfortable balcony. The pool was right next to the beach and was so nice with plenty of chairs, tables and umbrellas. The unit was a perfect split bedroom layout with plenty of amenities (full open kitchen w/everything needed, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, fishing gear, etc.). The beds and couches are so comfortable and the linens and towels are upscale. We loved the whole experience- I almost want to keep it a secret, so we can come back many times… but, others need to enjoy it too.

The location on the beach and unit were great. There are many restaurants nearby, and easy access to many entertainment venues. Sitting on the balcony was just as good as sitting on the beach, it is that close! Listening to the waves was very peaceful. What kept me from rating it more highly: There was a limited supply of some consumables that are plentiful in personally owned units (this unit is owned by a corporation). Regardless of how long your stay is (we stayed 2 weeks), you only get two 0.85 oz bars of bath soap, 3 dishwashing pods, 3 laundry detergent pods, 2 days worth of coffee, and 3 extra toilet tissue rolls with instructions not to ask for more. There were no softener sheets (even though the photo shows a box), shampoo or conditioner. If you are going to stay longer than a few days, prepare to bring or buy those items.

The location and view were 5 star. The apartment was a great set up for a family, if going as two couples, then the twin beds are probably a little harder to work with. Would recommend to everyone and hope to return.
