Great central location, loved our stay in Verona, Suite Mercatorum was perfect everything available that you may need (maybe grab a t-towel) Very easy to find just off Piazza Erbe & check in fairly easy needed a little bit of help but again sorted within a few minutes. Then on check out the Taxi rank is only 2 minute walk & plenty of taxis available.Verona is so beautiful you won’t be disappointed would happily stat here again Pam & friends

The check in was unacceptable. I already reviewed details.Late arrivals can stay on the street, because staff cannot be reached late and the check in via an app is unnecessary complicated. We could only check in with help from Italian friend
