Living Room
Step inside the spacious living room and rest for a while. Sit back and relax on the sofa or loveseat while watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. At night, turn the living room into an additional sleeping space with the sleeper sofa and snuggle up by the fire.
Kitchen
Prep all of your meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll find all of your essentials: stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, 12-cup coffee pot, plates, coffee cups, glasses, silverware, bakeware, and cookware, and more!
Dining Area
The dining room sits right off the kitchen, making it easy for everyone to socialize while you're cooking. There’s room for two more at the adjacent breakfast bar.
Rec Rooms
It’s playtime! Upstairs, play a game of 8-ball on the pool table or surf the web at the bistro table.
Downstairs, in addition to an arcade game, the game room includes a ping-pong table, and a PlayStation 3 (no games provided). Here, you’ll also find the home theater that boasts a 100” HDTV with surround sound and a Blu-ray player, along with plush sofas for kicking back and enjoying the show. The large sofa also converts to a sleeper.
Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms, one on each floor. Each bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed and a TV. The primary suite on the main floor includes its own jetted tub. In addition to the three bedrooms, the game room can sleep two people on its queen-size sofa bed. The great room on the main floor also features a sofa that converts to a queen-size bed.
Outside:
The deck is outfitted with rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a bistro table. Enjoy your morning coffee, your afternoon lunch, or a romantic dinner under the stars.

House was cool. Great property for families with kids as there were plenty of games to play! Property furniture was worn down. Fans made noise and the fridge didn’t cool groceries. For the price, the property should have a working fridge along with an ice maker. It had 1 tray for ice and a sticker on the fridge explaining why it doesn’t coolFridge. Buy a new- better fridge for the money you make off the properties! People come in and expect to go the grocery store and have food in the fridge that will cool.We own properties and we replace items as they age. I was disappointed in how dated it was but overall a spacious property with great accommodations and great proximity to everything we wanted to do.

We traveled from PA. 3 moms, 6 teens and stayed for 5 days. Communication was good. Location was great, and the house was fine—didn’t knock our socks off, but it was fine.
It was mostly clean, lots of cob webs and dust bunnies. Only thing that was really gross was the moldy shower curtain liner in the middle bathroom.
The decor was rustic which was expected, however there were random Christmas decorations and fall decorations through out. The kids were disappointed that there was no popcorn machine as shown in the pictures. The house was plenty big, and the pool table and ping pong tables were a hit.
The living room furniture definitely has seen better days, especially the wooden/rust colored chairs—just not comfortable after a long day out.
The pots and pans also have seen better days. If the pans are that banged up, providing tin foil to cover them would be welcomed.
Additional towel hooks would also be a great addition, with a house that is big enough for so many people, you have to assume they will have bath and/or beach towels to hang.
Overall fine, would not return, only because there are so many options in the area. It is very obvious this is strictly a rental property and not used by the owners.
