1. Please be considerate of our Neighbours the at all times - no noise after 10.30 pm.
2. Please leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. All dishes should be washed and put away.
3. If you smoke, then please do so outside and pick up your butts as you go.
4. We intend to seek $500 compensation via your account with Airbnb should we find evidence of smoking inside the property.
5. Please remove your shoes when entering the property.
6. Absolutely no extra guests - zero tolerance on this, and you will be asked to leave.
