House A completely renovated house located less than 10 minutes from downtown Brest and 1 minute from the convention center. Private parking space, Wi-Fi/fiber internet, and HD TV with Orange TV and Disney+. The house features (excluding the studio) 3 bedrooms, including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, 1 office, and 2 half-baths, and can accommodate up to 8 guests, all within 120 m². The beds are new and queen-size (160x200 cm). A completely separate 30 m² studio on the first floor completes the property. It can accommodate 2 guests. The entire house will be at your disposal (including the studio).

Each bedroom has a desk area, and in the study off the main living area, there is an Ethernet cable and a monitor available for your use. In the kitchen, you’ll find: a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, freezers, pots and pans, plates, etc. The garden, which is completely secure and private, is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Upon request, I can provide a travel crib and a high chair. Penfeld Park, a 5-minute walk away, is ideal for a stroll or a jog. The apartment is equipped with a pull-up bar.
