This 4BR / 2.5BA single family home is the perfect getaway for your family and friends. The interior features a grand living space, pool room, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms.
The Space:
Bed/Bath Set Up: up to 10 Guests
Bedroom #1: King Bed with TV, Closet
Bathroom #1: (Attached to bedroom #1)- Stand Up Shower, tub, dual vanity
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen Bed, small closet.
Bath#2: Shower/Tub Combo, 2 Sinks
Bedroom #3 1 King bed, large closet, NO TV
Bedroom #4: Bunk Bed (twin over queen), large closet, NO tv
Additional Beds: Daybed (42inches) located in the office attached to the master bedroom, pack n play
Game room: Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a air hockey, foosball table, arcade games and much more.
The backyard is an outdoor paradise complete with a pool, hot tub, pergola, fire pit, and built-in BBQ, this home is the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Book now and indulge in a vacation like no other!

Extra Amenities:
The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

No parking in garage (converted to the game room)
Parking available onsite in driveway. (4 cars max)
This is a family friendly neighborhood. We want our guests to relax and have an incredible time with family and friends. This is not a place to throw a party.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.
This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.
Special Note:
Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay.
Please be advised that the Quiet ordinance in this area is from 10pm-8am.
Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood, and we have to respect those around us.
No music outside at anytime.
POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3 consecutive day minimum.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
Nov-Feb: $175 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $150 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).
Pool Heating:
The Listed rate includes heating to a maximum temperature of 85 degrees. Choose a maximum temperature of 80 degrees for $25 less per night.
Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.
You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.
Hot tub is available for guests at no additional charge. Hot tub heater must be turned off after each use and overnight.
PLEASE NOTE: No jumping off of the hot tub.
Pool Vacuum
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay.
If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.
If you have any questions, please reach out!
We are a smoke free home; this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.
We do not allow ANY parties at any time.
Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies; this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate.
Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.
Please DO NOT open garage doors. Game Room located in Garage.
Must be 25+ to book.

Beautiful home and gardens. We enjoyed our stay.

What an incredible house for our three generations to interact. We were delighted by the spectacularly landscaped yard. The gardens with blooming flowers in trees and a rose garden, trimmed hedges, citrus grove and lovely lawn framed the house beautifully whether we were looking from inside or outside the home. The swimming pool and spa where we had daily swims with our granddaughter, was so much fun! The spacious house interior was spotless, and we enjoyed countless games, the pool table and the recreational activities in the garage. All was paradise for our granddaughter. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. The bedrooms were comfortable with ample bathrooms. The master suite was amazing with a nice work desk in an adjoining room, large walk-in closets and a huge master bathroom. We felt pampered. With incredibly good accommodations in a beautiful neighborhood setting by hiking trails in open space, we give the retreat a well-deserved 5 star rating.

Our group was 5 adults and 2 children (4 and 6) and we loved the many living spaces, games, activities, and pool! The property was expansive and beautiful, with gorgeous views, tucked in a nice neighborhood. Close to plenty of restaurant options and a mall, and not too far from attractions in San Diego. It was perfect for our getaway!

The house was perfect for our family of 10 ages (4-80)…everyone loved the pool and outside area, the house was well stocked and everything was clean and comfortable. Mo was always very responsive to any messages. We would definitely recommend it to others and would love to come back.
