Welcome to this cozy getaway spot in beautiful Hilton Head Island - just a short walk to beach and so close to great restaurants and shopping.
Everything in this villa is brand new and ready for you to relax and worry about nothing!
We know what we enjoy when we rent a place for vacation so we have tried to supply our villa with the same comforts and amenities.
Entry/Exit
Free parking.
Keyless entry via code – no worries about key exchanges or forgetting/losing keys.
Condo is on the 2nd level up 1 flight steps
Living Room:
Beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, and equipped with a comfy leather couch, easy chair, and a 65” Roku TV.
Local networks and your favorite cable channels (ESPN, CNN, Bravo, The Golf Channel, etc.) streaming apps available.
Pull-out bed in the couch.
Kitchen fully equipped:
Island dining set with 4 barstool chairs.
All new appliances – range, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge – complete the picture.
Double sink with hose and garbage disposal.
Programmable Coffee machine which can brew both the “traditional” way with a filter and pot, or can brew the single-serve K-Cups
CrockPot, blender, waffle maker, electric griddle, toaster, electric can opener, etc.
Brand new dishes, cutlery, mugs, and glasses, and plenty of cookware and utensils!
Baking dishes, measuring cups, ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, bottle openers, can opener, corkscrew, and a lemon/lime squeezer which is important for margarita-making!
If you’re not sure, ask – we probably have it!
Bedroom:
The beautiful bedroom comes with a queen size bed, equipped with a pillowtop mattress!
50" Roku TV with all the same great channels and apps as the one in the living room.
Large dresser and full closet give you plenty of storage space, and there’s a full-length mirror as well.
Bathroom
The bathroom is also beautifully remodeled with a full-size walk in shower, and washer/dryer.
Extras
On the outside landing is a large deck box which contains some beach gear - chairs, wagon, etc.
Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

The property was clean, beautiful, and a short walk from the beach! Beach access was perfectly centered between the Coligny beach access & Sea Pines access, providing a very relaxing experience. Check in & check out was easy to follow!

Property furnished as described. Clean. Near the beach. Short bike ride and directions in the binder. We enjoyed our stay.

Mostly clean. Lots of rain. Parking lot flooded and was difficult to get up stairs to room since we had to walk through 6 in of rain water because drainage system worked very poorly and finally drained completely on our last day there. Close to beach.

The condo was adorable- the unit smelled musty unpon entering, perhaps it had not been used in a while- we are both senior citizens, the outside stairs to the unit were steep and top step is not at an even height- I actually fell going up. The walk to beach was further than we wanted to walk, so we drove to Coligny and parked- the beach was nice and we rented chairs. Unit would be fine for younger couple-
