Summary:
Beautifully renovated courtyard apartment within a large Georgian Townhouse in central Bath, only a short walk from all main attractions. Very tastefully decorated throughout with great attention to detail. There is large open plan living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a brand new bathroom. This unique and stunning space comes with a lot of original Georgian features, such as exposed cobble wall in the back bedroom and decorative fireplaces in the two other rooms.

The Space:
Private entrance from the Paragon, through a separate gate and steps leading down to this lower ground floor apartment. Large living room with open plan kitchen and a dining table. Bedroom one comes with two comfortable single beds. Bedroom two comes with a king size bed and is located at the back of the house. There is also a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a small outdoor courtyard area. Fluffy towels and crispy white linen is included during your stay.
Guest Access:
Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park which is a short walk away.

Victoria’s place is located in Bath and North East Somerset, England, United Kingdom.
The property is found at the foot of Lansdown Hill in a terrace of houses upon the raised pavement opposite The Paragon, a street of Georgian houses which have been designated as listed buildings.
The Vineyards in Bath is home to The Museum of Bath Architecture, building of the Georgian era city during the 18th century.

Linen for the sofa bed is provided when booking for guest 5 and 6. If you wish to use the sofa bed when booking for less than 5 people there is an extra £20 charge to cover linen costs

★ Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes).
★ Please do not wear shoes inside.
★ Please avoid making an unreasonable amount of noise, particularly after 11pm.
★ No candles/naked flames inside or outside.

The apartment is cute and clean and the beds very comfy! It’s a challenge to get your bags and belongings into the apartment with the busy street out front, so you do need to be aware of that, but would still stay here again! Thank you!!

This flat is a gem. It was in a good location, walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants but far enough away to not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed, plus the beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was great and our only regret was not staying in Bath longer than our 2 days.

This flat is very centrally located and a real pleasure to stay in. It was easily large enough for our four-person family, and everyone slept very well, jet-lag notwithstanding.
