This newly renovated in 2023 custom beach bungalow is a block and half from the beautiful Brigantine beaches. Open concept common areas with 4 bedrooms/2 full baths (1 tub and 1 walk-in shower). Freshly landscaped and fully furnished with brand new furniture, coastal decor and beach supplies. Includes 8 beach badges. Spend all day at the beach and come home to the perfect coastal setting!

This 1200 square foot beach home is the perfect space to spend time with family but still have 4 private bedrooms to return to after a day of beach fun. Layout with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2 full baths will be as follows:
- Master bedroom with king bed and full ensuite bathroom including walk-in shower
- Queen bedroom with direct access to side deck
- Full bedroom
- Bunk bed room with full bottom, twin top, and twin trundle
- Pullout couch in living room
- Full bathroom with tub and folding glass door for easy kid bathing
- Brand new custom kitchen
- Front porch/deck with Polywood rocking chairs and loveseat
- Side deck with Polywood dining table and 8 chairs
- Side patio with Weber grill
- Brand new landscaped yard with river rocks, patio area/free parking (fits two cars), stepping stones, and outdoor shower
Guests will have complete private access to the full space.

The property was great! Very close to beach access and convenient to the 34th street parking lot if you needed handicapped parking and an accessible walking path to the beach. Also convenient to walk to restaurants and ice cream and walk/drive to the grocery store and CVS on the island.

We had such an amazing stay here! The house was beautiful and perfect for a family beach getaway! The host was very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to another stay!

I really appreciated the connection we were able to make with the landlord. i was not able to download the app, and needed to text him a couple of times with questions. He answered within minutes both times and was very helpful.
The house itself was lovely and contained everything we needed for a great week. I would love to return next year!
