Mana Kai Condo 607 has everything you are looking for! Best Beach... it's right on it! Unbelievable Ocean View... that's what you'll have at the Mana Kai.
The Mana Kai Resort is located right on one of the nicest beaches on Maui, Keawakapu Beach. The sand is luxurious and the ocean is warm and clear. Great snorkeling is just steps from the Mana Kai.
Our condo is a fantastic 2 BR, 2 BA Ocean Front unit, with 2 Kings and a queen sized sofa bed. The condo has been upgraded with Central AC even though the Mana Kai's Beach Front location affords comfortable temperatures year round. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a large lanai with that unbeatable view! It's not at all unusual for guests to spot humpback whales in the winter and turtles year round from the lanai. Beach and bath towels are provided. In addition, the condo has free high speed WiFi internet access, free long distant calling to the US and Canada and a free reserved parking spot.
Renovation of our new restaurant, "The Beach House at Mana Kai", is set to begin early in 2026. Handcrafted Restaurants (a Peter Merriman owned company) recently
receive its building permit from Maui County, and we’re excited to see this project take shape. While the restaurant won’t be open until late 2026 (or later if the project is delayed), its completion will significantly enhance the dining options for future stays. We look forward to offering this incredible amenity to our guests soon.
The Mana Kai Resort has many conveniences such as a deli and general store on the ground floor as well as a beach equipment rental shop which has snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, bikes, etc... The Mana Kai also features a beautiful oceanfront swimming pool and a BBQ area which is available for guest use.

The unobstructed ocean view was amazing from one bedroom and the lanai was delightful. This unit needs serious TLC. It is very used, somewhat dirty, and overall not very comfortable. I would have thought it would be really nice for the price.

The Mana Kai is an amazing property! The unit has some ugrades and items that are still dated. We have stayed several places in Maui and this location is still the best!!
