The FUCHSBAU vacation apartment, which includes a balcony, measures approximately 43 square meters and is located on the first floor (raised first floor) of a well-maintained apartment building in a central location in Ruhpolding. The apartment has recently been completely renovated to a very high standard and furnished in a modern style.

The living area, with its adjoining west-facing balcony, allows you to fully enjoy your stay. The couch with a coffee table, as well as a small dining area with a table and chairs, leave nothing to be desired. A smart TV is also available for your use. The sofa bed (1.40 m x 2 m) will be set up for you and your family if you book the 3-guest or 4-guest option.

The separate bedroom features a large, high-quality box-spring bed (queen size, 1.80 m x 2 m) with stylish nightstands and a large closet for storing your luggage.

The new, high-quality built-in kitchen is fully equipped and offers maximum functionality. The bathroom, which has also been freshly renovated and includes a shower, washing machine, and dryer, leaves nothing to be desired.

The apartment is suitable for 1 to 4 people, offering plenty of space for singles or couples who want to enjoy the luxury of a separate bedroom in addition to the living room, as well as for families who need a separate room for their children.

Free parking spaces are located directly in front of the building. You can use these free of charge during your stay, subject to availability.

We look forward to welcoming you to “FUCHSBAU”!
