O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
The home is located in trendy West Asheville, just a short walk to amazing restaurants, breweries, music venues, bars, and shops. Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore House, and the River Arts District are just a short ride away. This quaint two-bedroom home is the upstairs of a ranch-style house and has a comfortable queen size bed in each room and all linens are provided. Also has a 4 person hot tub just off the kitchen on the back deck to catch a sunset! The living room has a large cozy couch and a TV for a relaxing night in. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including complimentary coffee, and tea, as well as a dining table. There is a full bathroom with extra linens provided. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard where you can relax on a large deck and let your pet play. (Wildlife notice: some of the neighbors have chickens and roosters. As far as this being a disturbance for our guests they are hardly noticed, but it might be disturbing for your pet). We provide private, off-street parking during your stay around the back of the home. I hope you choose my home for your next stay in Asheville! The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends.

This was a great place to stay! Within a 20-minute drive of major landmarks such as the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway! Definitely wanting to come back here at some point!

We will start with the issues. We should have been told before hand that we would have to request access to the washer and dryer....big issue. An even bigger issue is feeling like we were policed for the tv volume. The property manager living in the basement was not told to us until after the fact. When the property manager cooked the whole upstairs smelled of the food. The trim and several doors in the house need to be repainted. Rhe backdoor did not have a lock except a bar...not safe. Not being able to enter and exit the back door when we park in the back. There needs to be better instructions for the front code...we had to figure it out. With limited access to enter and exit just in the front there needs to be stairs to the front. There so needs to be a disclamier about the very narrow access roads to the house. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. Plenty of convenient items there for us to use. The hot tub was great. The closeness to everything was so great. The living and kitchen were set up great.
