Our host was very responsive. We had one issue while we were in the house, and she had it fixed within 3 hours—after hours on a Sunday. We were so impressed!!Also, property in person was nicer than the pictures!

Kate was great. Very quick to respond and resolve any questions or issues. Very accommodating and made this trip one for the books. House was clean and spacious. You can't beat the view from the top balcony. It's amazing. This was an extended family trip that I had arranged and everyone was very happy with the house. Elevator was amazing for my 82yo dad with double knee replacements as well as making check in/check out so easy. I loved that the light switches were labeled so you didnt have to flip 100 to find the right one. Location is perfect. Still close to the pier but far enough away that the beachtime felt less crowded than other times I've been to Folly. So nice to be able to walk easily to center st., restaurants, and Bert's is right there too. Can't beat the placement. I would 100% book again.

This was our first time at this property as our family had outgrown our previous property. To say it exceeded our family’s expectations would be an understatement. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Great views of the ocean (the pictures don’t do them justice), and just a couple of blocks from Bert’s Market and Center Street, about a 6 minute walk. And beach access is literally 1/2 block away if not less. House has all the amenities you’ll need plus some. And the elevator is a great feature. We had my wife and I, our 4 adult children and their spouses and our 2 grandbabies, ages 6 and 8 months, and everyone had their private space. The open living room and dining area accommodated us all easily. And the 3rd floor porch was our evening gathering place.Kate was great in communicating with us, and very accommodating with any request. We will definitely be back!!!!

Cleaning crew was still there when arrived at 3:15. Lights flicker and sometimes don’t come on in kitchen area. Biggest complaint is the noise from construction directly across from the property. Also construction next door and two houses down across the street. We were not informed about the potential noise and denied any compensation for the noise and ocean view distraction. We have stayed in this property at least 6 times due to the space and location. It was a big disappointment and will be compromised for at least a year as house across the street is a full renovation.
