The Licht vacation home, newly built in 2020–21 and completed in June 2021, is situated in a very quiet and prime location in the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel, on the East Frisian North Sea coast, directly adjacent to the unique natural attraction “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.

The vacation home is approximately 90 square meters in size and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very welcoming, cozy, and spacious living and dining room with a separate kitchen area and access to the terrace.
