Bright studio apartment modernly furnished, a few steps away from the Modern Art Museum and Mercato delle Erbe.
This modern studio apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, opens to a unique bright environment.
It features a snack corner with refrigerator, microwave and kettle, a dining table with chairs, a double sofa bed, a TV, a desk and a small wardrobe. A full bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment.
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings.
