'La Maison Les Moulins'
A vacation home on "Lac de Pannecière"
Located in the Morvan Nature Park, in the heart of Burgundy, this delightful vacation home offers stunning views of the lake and the hills.
Les Moulins is a tiny hamlet that belongs to the municipality of Corancy.
You can do your daily grocery shopping in Château-Chinon, where you’ll find supermarkets (Lidl and B1), a pharmacy, a bakery, outdoor cafés, and various other shops.

In addition to relaxing in and around the house, you can enjoy the following activities.
- In the lake, you can swim, canoe, and fish (permit required)
- Across the lake is a cozy campground where, during peak season, a fun music night with live music and food is organized twice a week. Everyone is welcome! (A Burgundian evening on Tuesdays and a pizza night on Thursdays; due to high demand, it’s recommended to make a reservation during the day for the time you’d like to eat—you can do this at the campground)
- In the wooded area, you can go cycling, mountain biking, and hiking
- You can also go horseback riding in the area
- On weekends, there are often flea markets in the area where you can find fun trinkets and often enjoy a bite to eat and a drink. You can find out which days these flea markets are held and where they take place in the calendar provided in the cottage.
- There are many different towns in the area with a rich history, including Vézelay, Autun, Nevers, Dijon, and Beaune; in Beaune, for example, you can visit an old hospice (information in 4 languages)

The apartment has two bedrooms:
• 1 bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed.
• 1 bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm.

There is a cozy living room with a spacious sitting and dining area equipped with:

• Wood-burning stove
• Air conditioning
• Smart TV
• Bluetooth player
• Washing machine
• Dryer
• Ironing board and iron
• Wi-Fi

Bathroom:
Modern and spacious bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink with cabinet.

Outdoor:
You have access to a large balcony measuring 2 meters by 11 meters, offering a beautiful view of the lake and the hills.
There is also a lovely, shaded seating area in the garden under the trees. A barbecue is provided.

Parking:
You have access to a spacious private parking space.

Check-in/Check-out:
The property is rented for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
You may check in at 4:00 PM, and on the day of departure, you must check out by 9:30 AM at the latest.
