Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, the cleanliness of the house needed improvement. For instance, the linen was unclean, and the couch was very dirty. The family had a great time and would like to come back.

First, although we received multiple emails with the house address, we were not informed that the security gate—where we had to check in for the access pass—was located on the opposite side of the property. This caused some confusion upon arrival. The house itself is beautiful and well-kept, but we did encounter a few issues during our stay. Out of the eight poolside chairs, four were broken, which was very disappointing for our group as we could not sit outside and utilize the patio set. There was also a broken chair at the breakfast bar. We had also paid for use of the grill, assuming propane and supplies would be provided. However, the propane tank was empty, and we had to make an unexpected trip to Publix to purchase a new one.Additionally, during the first two nights, the neighboring property had extremely loud music playing—so much so that we couldn’t comfortably sit outside or enjoy quiet time even indoors. We reached out to the property manager and were told they do not oversee that home and to contact security. We did so, but the music continued for at least an hour after the call. While we appreciated the overall look and feel of the home, these issues detracted from the experience and we hope they can be addressed for future guests.
