The check in process could be quicker. You check in at the front desk then they make you go to the concierge to finish checking in. Overall it's in a good location and the property is nice. There's always an activity going on at the hotel.

I have no need to to look for fun outside of the building, I felt very welcome, specially the bedsheets smell very clean

Broken elevator. No explanation about amenities being unavailable. Disappointing considering i booked here based on amenities available for kids and teens. Staff was scarce, no explanation at check-in after learning it was our first visit.
