Detached house 90m2 with a large garden (860m2) planted with trees and not overlooked near the centre of the village including its shops and market three times a week (850m walk), the lake (2.6km by car) and the ocean (11km by car).
Possibility to park two vehicles in the garden.
The house is located in a quiet housing development (cul-de-sac).
New bedding (July 2024).
The lake and ocean beaches are also accessible directly at the exit of the housing development by taking the bike path (distance to the ocean about 15 km).
The garage adjoining the house can be used to store your beach equipment and any bicycles.
