A 98-square-meter apartment, tastefully furnished, bright, and quiet, accommodating up to 6 people and located on the 3rd floor of a renovated historic building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities). The property boasts a strategic location, situated right in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza Vittorio, and Termini Station.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, combination microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, smart TV, and two sofa beds (1.00 m x 1.90 m);

- BATHROOM I with shower stall, sink, and toilet with handheld showerhead;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), closet, desk, armchair, and smart TV;

- BATHROOM II with a shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), closet, desk, and smart TV.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the living room and both bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline, and soundproof windows.



PLEASE NOTE: The elevator is not accessible to people with disabilities (it has limited space and there are 4 steps to access it).



Getting Around the Area

- From Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Aeroporto station to the Roma Termini stop, which is an 11-minute walk from the apartment.



- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can take the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini station, which is an 11-minute walk from the apartment.



- From Roma Termini station, you can easily walk to the apartment in about 11 minutes.



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park on the street for a fee in the vicinity of the property. Alternatively, you can park (for a fee) at Park Giolitti, located at Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 10-minute walk from the apartment; it is open 24 hours a day.

Check-in cannot be arranged-in after 1:00 a.m.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
