This was such a nice condo. It was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the boats. The location is great easy ride to down town. Kim was an excellent host checking on us to see if we needed anything. It was a great stay and we plan to come back

If you want to stay in Nashville this place is perfect! Just off the main strip with a super quick Lyft ride to anywhere you want to go. The host Kim was amazing and very responsive. We had zero issues here and cannot wait to stay again. Thank you Kim!!

Great unit within walking distance of Broadway. Well appointed with everything you could expect. The sofa bed was a little challenging to get in/out, but it served its purpose for our time there. The owner was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Loved the great free covered parking.

This property was all of what it described, and then some. The view along the river made it seem even better.Parking was covered, ample, and appeared to be safe. Both beds were extremely comfortable, and the unit was literally equipped with everything you could need at any given time. For and affordable, clean, comfortable stay just a few minutes from Broadway in Nashville…..Along with many other local attractions, I will definitely book this property again.
