308 at D Sands Condominiums, also known as "Salty Beaches", is a privately owned family condo on the top floor. This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Spa was great. Condo great location but needs some TLC. Good deep clean.

Thank you! We had a great time! We were sad that the pool wasn’t open, especially when that weather was so bad. The kids would’ve had a great time swimming. Other than that, the room was perfect!

Cute little place on the beach… comfy beds… small pool and hot tub with limited hours. Wish there was a better couch and tv but overall not bad.

The first night there were no lights on the stairs. A high safety risk. So we complained. They fixed the lights but only at the TOP of the stairs, motion dedected only.
