My husband and I stayed over 4th of July weekend. We took our boat and put in at the landing which is a 5 minute walk. We kept our boat tied to the dock at the house. Which has ample parking. The house is just as it appears in photos. The beds are comfortable. Other reviewers mentioned the couches need to be replaced. This is true. All else is great and we will stay here again.

Good stay, we had a great time. Pucture dont do justice to the property. Check in was a breeze. Beautiful sunrise right down the street.

The furnishings were not comfortable and the floors were a bit of a rooler coaster. Also the TV has bare bones TV channels. However, the Area was quiet anf that was a goal certainly. My advise would be to do a bit of an update to address the wavey floors a, lighten the place up and get some updated furnishing. Its not a bad place otherw. The area is peaceful so jut build from there.
