A warm welcome to our vacation home, “Am alten Fachwerk,” in Monschau Kalterherberg. You are cordially invited to spend a relaxing vacation with us in a modern and cozy setting. Formerly a weaving mill, farmhouse, and restaurant, the house—following its complete renovation in 2019—now offers plenty of space (approx. 130 square meters) for up to six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area invite you to spend quality time together with family or friends. The old half-timbered structure contributes to the home’s cozy atmosphere, as does the soapstone stove in the center of the ground-floor living area. The rental consists of an entire half of the house with a separate entrance, parking space, terrace, and small garden. The bathroom on the first floor is wheelchair-accessible.
You can set out on hikes right from the vacation home.
Please note that during the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
