This spacious, exclusive villa is located in Pemuteran, a well-known, authentic dive site in northwestern Bali, and adjacent to the Taman Nasional Bali Barat National Park (West Bali National Park), a truly authentic location in Bali. This luxury villa is situated in a peaceful setting, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, at the foot of a beautiful mountain ridge, and offers an impressive view of the West Bali National Park. The villa is quite centrally located in Pemuteran, close to the Balinese people and their culture, and just 800 meters from the ocean. Built in 2007, the villa features a living area of 355 sqm and is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden covering 4,200 sqm. The villa is designed in a blend of traditional and Western architectural styles that blends seamlessly into the natural surroundings.

Bedrooms:
The villa features three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and a beautiful private pool. Two bedrooms (5x5m) are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double four-poster bed, and the other has three single beds. The bedrooms feature French doors that open onto the terrace, offering a stunning view of the beautiful garden and mountains. The wooden closets provide ample storage space. The beds are fitted with high-quality mattresses, and there are reading lights next to each bed. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The third, very romantic bedroom—with a double bed—is on the second floor and offers an amazing view of the mountains. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The partially open-air bathrooms are spacious and flooded with natural light. They are equipped with a shower, a toilet, and double sinks, and are beautifully decorated with flowers, plants, and natural materials. The sink is made of terrazzo, and natural stone was used for the floor and walls.

Kitchen:
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is located in the center of the villa. In addition to a sink, the countertop features a four-burner gas stove with a grill. The wooden cabinets and drawers offer plenty of storage space. An oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, and a large refrigerator/freezer are provided. A separate water system is available for chilled drinking water. Coffee and tea are stocked and provided free of charge. Alcoholic beverages and sodas from the menu can be ordered through the supervisor.

Outdoor Areas:
A large veranda surrounds the front and sides of this luxury villa. The veranda (90 sqm) features several beautiful seating areas offering views of the impressive mountains and the beautiful tropical garden. The dining area features a large teak dining table (3.5 m), which can seat ten guests. The light terrazzo floors give the living area a bright, fresh, and spacious feel. On the terrace, several ceiling fans are installed to provide cooling when needed.

Transfer:
Our help desk can arrange a pickup service from the airport with an air-conditioned car and an English-speaking driver for IDR 750k for up to 4 people (IDR 1,200k for a larger car suitable for up to 8 people). Our help desk can also help you arrange day trips or taxi services. We can also provide a baby crib and high chair, free of charge.

The Staff:
Staying in this private villa in the tropics leaves nothing to be desired. There is a help desk, a cleaning lady/housekeeper—who can also prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner for you—and two gardeners. A security guard is on duty from sunset until sunrise. Our help desk will be happy to assist with organizing sightseeing trips and making any necessary reservations. Be sure to ask the staff about the local area as well. They all live nearby and can offer fascinating insights into some of the unique aspects of Balinese life. They all speak good English.

Welcome:
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a cool drink. For breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or let the staff do it for you: a menu is available for optional meals. An additional fee applies for these meals. Additional groceries can be ordered through the staff.

We can take care of everything: organizing transportation to or from the airport, arranging a car and driver, booking other accommodations in Bali, and organizing diving trips or excursions in the immediate area. A relaxing massage at the villa can also be arranged. Our help desk is responsible for the general management of the villa, speaks good English, and offers assistance to guests. The person in charge of housekeeping also does the shopping and prepares the meals. The help desk staff member and his family live in a private house, 50 meters away from the villa. The gardeners are responsible for maintaining the garden and the swimming pool.
