Return of the Jetty is a beautifully remodeled studio that sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, and full bathroom.
Take a dip in our indoor pool, challenge your friends in our on-site game room, or step outside on the private balcony to soak in views of the ocean. Located just a block from the sand, you’ll enjoy private beach access within easy walking distance. This unit is pet friendly—up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome (a standard pet fee applies).

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great location, easy access to the beach, comfortable stay

Neighbors in the unit above and to the north of us were REALLY loud. Bed was comfortable. Management was very responsive and wonderful. View was great! The unit was just remodeled so there was construction items, paint, putty, ect in a lot of cabinets & the bedroom closet. There were no chairs on the deck to sit on. No extra bedding for the hide a bed in the couch. I left a box of coffee filters there for the coffee pot. All in all I would stay again but I think the unit itself needs a little more attention since the repairs.

Overall good experience. Parking was difficult over the weekend. But the view was nice and the beach access was very convenient.

The property is extremely noisy. It is right outside the pool so busy traffic next to bedroom windows, we could actually hear the people above us talking and their walking back & forth sounded like a heard of elephants. A little insulation in between each unit would help.
