The nicest hotel room in College Station is 250 sq. ft., The Carriage House in 600 sq. ft.! Use of beautiful out door area. Beautifully landscaped. Great for coffee, cocktails and bird watching.

Our stay was great! I did not realize this is attached to the main house which is also rented. It was all good though. We didn’t hear the other guest while we were there. Owners were very responsive when we had WiFi issue and came out and solved it right away. Would recommend staying here.

Hosts were gracious and caring of our situation! The Carriage House was clean and the thoughtfulness of the cutlery and coffee things was above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely be returning for a fun visit!
