Please note the stairs make the accessing the loft challenging for small children and those with mobility, size, or balance concerns. The queen sofa bed downstairs accommodates those with any concerns about sleeping in the loft bedroom.

**Warning** There is an electric fence protecting the chickens and ducks in the backyard. Please be careful if you go out to visit them. Signs are posted but do watch the little ones and those who cannot read.
