O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Newly renovated in 2022, our Tropical Reef is a must-see home, which is only 5 minutes from the beautiful and award winning beaches of Anna Maria Island. Located in a small and well maintained neighborhood called Heron's Watch, this home has it all for a perfect vacation.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and family room, large screened in private heated pool, stunning lakefront spot, and with a bit of luck, views of a nesting Bald Eagle, are just a few of the amenities you would get to enjoy, should you decide to book this gorgeous home.
The master bedroom is located on one side of the home and has a king size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub, as well as a large walk-in closet. The second and third bedroom are located on the opposite side of the home. One bedroom has another king size bed and TV, the other has two twin size beds. Both shares a hallway bathroom with shower/ tub combination.
The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and more. With a view to the living room and outside, you can always keep a good eye on kids. Invite everyone to one of the many countertop seating spots for a quick meal, or get together at the dining room table that seats six.
The outdoor screened in pool area offers plenty of space for everyone and the large pool is ideal to cool down, comfortable sun loungers just waiting to help with getting a great Florida sun tan, but don't forget the sunscreen. A gas BBQ, four wins and cornhole game, and hammock complete the backyard paradise.
A full size washer and dryer are available inside the laundry room, as well as parking for one car inside the garage, another 2 cars outside on the driveway.

Such a great property for our family to reconnect at! The home was very clean, and had wonderful space to be comfortable in. So many cute spaces to hang out. The pool area is amazing! The house and the pool was our families’ favorite part of visiting!

Property location was excellent and the view across the lake was lovely. It was great being able to use the garage to keep the car safe and cool.

The home was very comfortable. The pool area was our favorite place to have coffee, dinner and to just relax. Beautiful sunsets and view of a full moon.
