We had a wonderful stay at this house while in town for our son's wedding in nearby Bloomfield Hills. The communication with the property manager was quick, and check-in was effortless. We loved that it was pet-friendly so we could bring our dog. It was a little odd that there were no TV's in the main family/living room or the bedrooms, but we were so busy with wedding stuff it wasn't a big deal. There is a TV in the basement, along with a pool table which was awesome.

The house was accurately described. The secondary rooms were dusty and looked like they weren't often used. There were two major hiccups: neither the dishwasher nor the washing machine worked. Having access to both is the reason we went with VRBO rather than a hotel so we could cook our own food and wash clothes during the week, so their absence had a significant impact on the first several days of our stay. The Host was very responsive through their representative and picked up soaked clothes to have them cleaned the next day; ultimately they replaced both appliances within 48 hours. While it was inconvenient, their team responded quickly and professionally to rectify the situation, and did their best to minimize the impact on our stay. I can't say enough about their gracious response throughout. The yard area was open with partial fencing, and was a good size. We came to the area for a sporting event; I would stay here again if the organization comes back to the region.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at the home in Farmington Hills, MI. We had an issue with a few things i don't want to post openly.
