Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 37 m² flat in Concarneau, 300 metres from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- An alcove with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)

Outside area :
- A 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
Communal areas:
- A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from 1 June to 20 September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security. Free access
- A 20,000 m² garden with children's playgrounds, public park, sports fields, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

Nice and small apartment o a very good location. We really enjoyed.
As a negative point we have to tell following:
Nobody from the concierge service was there at the confirmed appointment.The appointment has been made after invitaion via email from book&pay over their website and has been confirmed by this website. After we have called the conciege service we got the required information to get the keys via email.
Second: the apartment was not really clean when we arrived (only at the first glance). The kitchen surfaces were sticky and the floors not really clean. We had to clean it ourselves.
Third: we recomment to repare the door to the terrace. It can be hardly opened.
