The apartment is your own

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a welcoming lounge that invites you to relax with its contemporary furnishings and warm colours. The décor reflects the elegance and style characteristic of Barcelona, with details that pay homage to the city's rich history and art.

The adjacent kitchen and dining room are bright and functional spaces, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The dining table is the perfect place to enjoy intimate dinners or share special moments.

The master bedroom is an oasis of tranquillity with its comfortable bed and décor that combines comfort with contemporary style.

One of the jewels of this flat is the small interior terrace, an intimate and private place where you can enjoy the cool breeze and the Mediterranean sun in complete tranquillity.

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.

- Please respect the neighbours. No loud noises after 10pm.
- Late check in fee of 30€ for arrivals after 9 pm.
- You will be required to present your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to take pictures of ID documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- The flat's capacity is of 2 people. No additional guests allowed.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
