This property was perfect for our family vacation. Golf cart was excellent and very useful. Beach access was less than a 5 minute walk. Beautiful property in a prime location. 5 stars!

Beautiful home ,great location and plenty of room for our family. Pool and hot tub great as well. We really enjoyed the golf cart. Although home is beautiful it needs some upkeep. Things are worn and in need of replacement. Outdoor fire table/pit had one chair at it and it was broke. Kitchen chairs look nice but very worn and sink thru the frame. Two bathrooms downstairs fans did not appear to work , one bedroom sheets were not clean, hair on sheets… these are all simple things and they didn’t damper our vacay , home is beautiful overall.

Beautiful home but some places in the home were not clean. Upstairs deck was really dirty. The two chairs by fire pit are broke. The cushions needed to be replaced. The chairs at the dinning room table wobbled . So did one of the blue chairs in living room. And there were only 7 forks. But it was about making memories with my family and they were maid. You let use have our dogs in your home. Your pool and hot tub were amazing. I would rent your home again. I just thank it needs a little updating.

First and foremost let me say that the house itself is beautiful and in an amazing location, you really are a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. And as a pleasant surprise we found out upon arrival that the rental comes with a golf cart. We had a wonderful weekend, but there were a few things that we were unaware of and want to post so that future guests are aware. - The check-in time is 5:00 PM, not 4:00 as says in the website, and I was not informed of this until 3 days prior to travel. - There are no beach/pool towels for guests to use so make sure to pack them. - There are no kitchen “staple” items (olive oil and s&p). - We were unable to find directions on how to light the fire pit. - The house next door (to the right) is in the process of being built, and there were construction vehicles parking in our driveway. Also, the crew works on Saturdays and the houses are VERY close to each other, so if you are planning on having a pool party or bbq you may want to have it on Sunday. - We were unable to locate/use the outdoor trash and recycling bins (as required per the checkout instructions). There was 1 trash bin, but it was full of construction debris from next door and no recycling bin.
