☞ Please note that we have a device installed at the property that detects noise levels and alerts us to excessive noise at the property. The same device detects cigarette smoke. Smoking is prohibited.
☞ Little Hayes is in a fantastic location, just outside the very centre of Lyndhurst. It is alongside a road and therefore there can be a little road noise when sat out in the garden.
☞ You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
☞ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay.
☞ A hold of £300 will be placed on your card 2 days before check-out as a security deposit. This is not a charge, and the hold will be automatically released 5 days after check-out, provided there are no deductions for damages. Any necessary deductions will be communicated to you prior to processing.

☞ Please park considerately in our driveway. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Do not park on the village green or grass verges.
