Welcome to Beach Vibes, where coastal energy and fun in the sun are just a few steps away at the nearest beach access. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house sleeps 7 comfortably and is located on the Forgotten Coast in North Cape San Blas. Guests will love the private pool, fish cleaning station, propane grill—and being 100 feet away from white sand beaches that stretch for miles.
This single-story, stilted beach house offers plenty to do on the ground floor—swim in the private pool, relax on the colorful Adirondack chairs, or dine alfresco on the picnic table. There’s also a fish cleaning station with a sink and a propane grill to prepare the fresh catch of the day, as well as an outdoor shower for sandy feet.
Ascend the stairs to the vibrant great room with tall ceilings, exposed wood beams, and large picture windows that perfectly frame the breathtaking views of the Forgotten Coast. In the living area, natural textures and creamy coastal colors invite guests to unwind on the leather sofa and multiple armchairs facing a 50†TV. The dining area is perfect for hosting friends and family, with enough room to seat 8, plus 4 more at the breakfast bar. When it’s time to whip up a home-cooked meal, the chef’s kitchen is outfitted with spacious granite countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, and a 4-burner glass cooktop. Beach Vibes boasts beautiful accommodations with 3 comfy bedrooms throughout the home—1 primary bedroom with a king bed, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk and trundle bed. There’s also a washer and dryer to keep swim gear fresh while staying here.

All amenities were as represented, we were quite pleased. 360 Blue was quickly to respond when we requested a new grille(the existing one had perished from years of abuse from the wind and sun!).
We did report that the siding was flapping in the wind on the dinning room corner of the house. Also, the plumbing fixtures in the shower of the bathroom behind the kitchen are in serious need of replacement. I could foresee a disasterous failure happening in the near future.
All in all, we were quite pleased.

We've been Going to the Cape for nearly 20 years..by far our best Vaca! the house was wonderful as well as the view! 360 Blue was very professional and handled everything great! we will definitely rent Beach Vibes again!

Overall, the location and beach access were great, and the property has a lot of potential, but the stay fell short of expectations because of repeated miscommunication plus some maintenance and comfort issues.We had confusion around check-in. I called to ask about early check-in, was told yes, and was sent a code for noon. Later, I got another message saying early check-in was not allowed and was given a different code that did not work.The Wi-Fi also did not work for the first day and a half, and we had to rely on phone hotspots. When someone finally came out, the issue was simply that we had been given the wrong Wi-Fi information.The home looked decent on the surface and you can tell some updates have been made, but it still needs a little more attention. The front door handle came off, the blender did not work, several dishes and coffee mugs were dirty when we arrived, and the dishwasher did not seem to be cleaning well. We also found glass and nails in the sand by the steps to the house, which should definitely be addressed.The beds and pillows were also a downside. The master bed was uncomfortable and sank in the middle, and most of the other beds were not much better.To be fair, 360 Blue did respond quickly in all situations. The pool heat was miscommunicated before arrival, but they refunded it promptly, and we ended up being fine without it. Also, I suggest renting a beach golf cart for the week. It was worth it since beach access is down the street
