To reach the studio there are approximately 39 stairs from the street up to the second floor. Given its convenient location, the apartment is within a couple minutes walking distance from all historical sights such as the city walls, St. Blaise church , monasteries, Onofrio fountain, Rector's palace etc. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, grocery stores, open market and the famous Banje beach are also within walking distance so all travelers can make the most of their time in the city when everything is within easy reach. For travelers who are looking for a more relaxing place to swim and relax under the sun, Old town port offers frequent boat line during spring and summer time to the nearby Lokrum island.



For larger groups Studio Sebastiaan can be combined with apartments Nino, Room Annette, Room Eddie and Studio Nikol located in the same building to accommodate up to 12 guests.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
