External Description

Villa Dani is located in the splendid Tuscan countryside, a few km from Lucca. The property boasts a fenced garden with lawn, flowers, olive trees, and a lovely pergola with dining table and chairs, for alfresco meals.

The outdoor spaces are embellished with a private pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.40 m), open from May to the end of October, and equipped with sunbeds, parasols, some changing rooms with showers, and a toilet.

Within the garden you will also find a ping pong table (ideal for the entertainment of adults and children) and a private chapel (accessible to guests).

Lastly there is a private parking for 4 cars and a barbecue, perfect for having tasty grills with friends.

The owners of the villa live in a suite with independent entrance inside the property, and they are always available in case of need.

Internal Description

Villa Dani consists of 3 suites, each with its own private entrance. Two of the suites are internally connected, while the third is completely independent. Two of the three suites are also equipped with air conditioning.

The entire property can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 2 high chairs and 2 baby beds are available on request. Pets are not allowed.

- Suite 1 (37 m2): The first suite is set entirely on the ground floor and consists of: a living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

- Suite 2 (48 m2): The second suite is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine), is equipped with air conditioning and consists of: a living room with single bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor; a double bedroom on the mezzanine.

- Suite 3 (45 m2): The third suite is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine), is provided with air conditioning and is made up of: a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a single passage-way bedroom, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor; a double bedroom on the mezzanine.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance. In September, upon request, the owner offers the opportunity to take part in a grape harvest experience with a tasting of local wines at a nearby winery.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning and utilities (300.00€); use of air conditioning upon request (20.00€ per day for each of the two air-conditioned suites). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
