O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Location, Location, Location!! Welcome to the World's Most Famous Beach! This place couldn't be in a better spot located on the corner of South Atlantic Ave and International Speedway Blvd. Everything from here on out is in walking distance!! We are located on the second floor with a beautiful beach view. We have a Brand new pool that overlooks Daytona Beach. Once the day starts to end go on back out to the pool area and enjoy a beautiful sunset while the breeze off the Atlantic Ocean cools you down!!

We only stayed for one night but we would stay there longer next time. While the building itself is older, the unit is freshly updated and the cleanest place we have stayed. Even though we weren't able to access the room until 3pm Jason allowed us to get our parking pass early so we could walk around and go shopping. Restaurants are also walking distance and the beach and boardwalk are steps from the building.

We had a wonderful time at the property. Everything was clean, and the pictures were spot on.

We asked if we could check in early and the owner said yes the room is small less than it looked in the photos however that was not the issue it was 95 degrees in the roomthere was zero air conditioning called the owner he said I’m at a funeral I’ll call maintenance I said fine we’re going for lunch came back two hours later no air conditioning so I text him he said in the closet is a room air unit that will cool off the unit I’ve used it before! Don’t book this room if it’s a heat wave unless you enjoy suffering all night with no central air. The room unit ran loud all night n provided some relief.Great thing is we were at the pool most of the time it never did get cool oh and I had to purchase an extension cord for the unit he told me to plug into the bathroom socket but then I was unable to get into the bathroom without unplugging the unit every time! Good reviews for the huge 65 inch tv and the shower was awesome!this is an older hotel resort from years past needs serious updates could be good again if the owners put some money into it. All in all we survived our stay but will not be back. Had to ask security for assistance with gate out to beach area n pool because with daily usage the key pad gets wonkie and needs reset two to three times a day which we didn’t know so we just hiked our way around the hotel to the beach area at sunrise lol love Datonya but this place is a pass for me! So wanted to give a good review but this is my truth
