Excellent property for 3 people, downstairs area with second bedroom/bathroom/laundry very spacious. Property could do with a revamp and some maintenance on the doors in particular but not a major issue. Could do with more kitchen items - no mixing bowls and limited crockery. Iron and ironing board should be thrown out, control knob fell out when it was picked up and ironing board was rusted and held together with tape. Not a good look for a unit of this quality. Other than that, a great place to stay and would recommend it.

Pleasant stay. The layout of the unit worked really well for 2 couples. View is excellent.

Catalina 111 was in a great location, had great views of the water and had a great design with having parents and adult children staying. Only recommendation would be to have more kitchen utensils, plates etc to help with food preparation and eating at the townhouse. I highly recommend the place.
