The Villa is spacious and the mattresses in the queen and bunk rooms were very good. The house was clean. Lots of towels etc. Great location and view from the shared deck. We didn’t cook at all so I can’t comment on the supplies. Fairly bare bones. This is good value but don’t expect fancy.

Good location, could be improved with air conditioning and allocated outdoor space.

Unfortunately the home we were assigned on the Vrbo site was not the one we stayed in, another couple were also booked in our assigned residence. It took a few phone calls to numerous people, with neighbours assisting us to resolve which home we were supposed to be in. The residence was clean, but unfinished and was a storage unit for certain lawn items. Window coverings were not available, especially in a very large main floor room and some bedrooms, causing some safety concerns since we were in public view at all times. Very strong sewage smell in half bathroom on main floor consistently. Parking in our unit also an issue, since it was a shared driveway which we were unaware of. Sharing a patio also uncomfortable since you were sitting in front of the patio door of the Vrbo beside us. Overall the unit was satisfactory but could definitely be improved.
