- 10 mins to Spanish Steps and high fashion shopping district (Via Frattina)
- 15 mins to Trevi Fountain
- 20 mins to Pantheon
- 25 mins to Imperial Fora and Colosseum
Easy to reach all other Rome places because Barberini metro stop is just 8 minutes walk away.
This awesome apartment offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic elegance and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It consists of a master double bedroom (bed size 160 x 190 cms) with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a single bedroom (bed size 90 x 190 cms), another bathroom with shower and a kitchen. In the elegant living room there is the dining table and a sofa double bed (bed size 160 x 195 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 4 or 5 guests booking).
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, TV, autonomous air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating (in each bedroom and in the living room), washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and kettle.
Let us know if you need help or advice on:
- Private taxi from/to airports, train stations and Civitavecchia harbor.
- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.
- Cooking class and home dinner with the chef.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
Sofa bed will be prepared only in case of booking for 4 or 5 guests.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 170 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Incredible apartment in Rome! Lovely location near the beautiful park of the Villa Borghese. Very nice building with an elevator. The apartment is spacious, spotless and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. Very nice to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. And two bathrooms! Air conditioning is a huge plus in Rome, especially to keep windows closed at night for street noise. We walked everywhere but there's also an entrance around the corner to pedestrian tunnels to the Spagna metro stop - very handy in the rain or heat. Wonderful host with prompt and friendly communication. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Place was great. Good location in an upscale neighborhood with lots of good spots to eat around. Only complaint is that they only offered one set of keys for the 5 people staying there and it is not an easy place to get in and out of without them. Would highly recommend though.

Such a beautiful, clean, quiet, and convenient place. Its furnished with the most beautiful antiques, but also has the modern things you need like a washer, dishwasher, and elevator. The bed was SOOOOO comfortable, with great pillows and bedding. The water pressure isn't great, even more so if 2 people try to shower at once. Same for the hot water. It would also be nice if there was somewhere to put your shower items other than the floor. But other than that its a perfect place the stay. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close enough to all the touristy spots. The only thing I would say is that all the nearby restaurants are really just for tourists. (Even those recommended by the hosts.) But there is a grocery store nearby and you can find great things at the markets.

Great location near Spagna Metro Station, convenient for every attraction location. Good food nearby as well.
