Our hosts were extremely helpful (they looked up options for us to get to Disney Paris) and accessible via text. Even though we were unable to see them in person, they arranged for us to have an on-site friend to acquaint us with the apartment and its amenities, and to help should we need on-site assistance. They also, very thoughtfully, had a welcome gift of a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The gourmet kitchen was well-stocked with housewares and utensils for any type of meal preparation. There were pantry items available for us, too. The food wraps were very helpful as we'd often prepare a portable lunch to take with us while sight-seeing. We also appreciated the coffee & tea options. Both bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and pillow choices. Both bathrooms were lovely with great showers, plentiful and plush towels, and lovely soaps. It was great having a washer & dryer and dishwasher - with the needed detergents. The living room had very comfortable couches for lounging in at the end of long days of sight-seeing! We also appreciated the little extras that we found useful - like pens and sticky notes, and an emergency sewing kit. They even had listings of local grocery stores (with hours) and restaurants (specifying cuisine type and price point). The area is lovely, walkable and very close to a transportation hub. Perfect location if you are traveling to or from Gare de Lyon. Gare and Metro station 2 short blocks away. Plenty of street life in neighborhood, but you don’t hear it from the 4th (Fr. 3rd) floor flat. There’s a tiny elevator, so prepare to climb 3 steep flights if multiple occupants.Has all the modern amenities in kitchen and bath, while retaining Belle Epoch art and furnishings. Very spacious living and dining rooms.

This is one of the most beautiful and well equipped Vrbo apartments we have ever stayed in. The location is close to public transportation and there are many wonderful restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We would highly recommend it.

Our stay has extremely delightful. The host was there to meet us with a bottle of wine even. She showed us how everything worked in the apartment. The apartment had everything you needed, even bandaids.It was huge as well. Each bedroom had an en suite with soap, shampoo and conditioner. There were plenty of towels too.If you want luxury, room, and a chef's kitchen this is the one!!!
