This 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome works perfectly for families and groups of up to eight. The living area features large windows and lofty ceilings for a bright, open feel; there’s also a stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and comfy leather couches for relaxing and conversation. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of cooking gear. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.
Outside, there are three decks and a private hot tub. Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one outdoor parking space, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Great property! Close to the Peak 9 base and downtown Breckenridge. Easy access to summer hikes or the lifts in winter. Had a visit from two bears on our last morning. Loved it!

We stayed 4 nights to enjoy Breckenridge and to hike in the surrounding mountains. (Me and two adult children.) The condo was perfect for us—plenty of room, a well-utenciled kitchen, and basic supplies to make the stay comfortable. Main Street was a comfortable 10-15 walk away. Everything in the condo worked well, and the Summit staff checked in by text a couple times just to make sure. We were very pleased.
