The location and parking are the highlights of this property. The manager is fairly prompt with her responses. The reason for the rating is for cleanliness and noise. There is a fair amount of street noise that can be heard from this 7th floor unit so it wasn’t possible to leave the windows open at night. We notified the manager when we noticed unpleasant smells coming from the sink drains. It was not resolved by the time we finished our stay. The sheets on the king bed were too small and could not be tucked beneath the mattress at all. There were nesting pigeons underneath the AC unit for the double bedroom.
