A 5 minute walk to Plaza España and 15 minutes walk to Plaza Cataluña. From the apartment you can access on foot many of the attractions of the city. It is also excellently connected: buses at the door to the beaches, and a few minutes, metro, funicular Montjuic, tourist bus, shuttle to the airport terminal.

My flat is in a neighborhood called L´Eixample. It´s in the center of the city. It´s walking distance from the convention center in Plaza España. Very close (also walking distance) from the Miró museum and Caixa Forum. Located about 15 minutes walking distance from the famous Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Twenty minutes from the airport on a bus, which stops 5 blocks away from my apartment. We also have a huge and nice shopping center, with all the shops and restaurants you need and it´s just a 5 minute walk away.
My flat is the top floor of a beautiful building with a lift. Our neighbors are calm, quiet and respectful. It´s a beautiful flat, full of natural light and there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one full kitchen, a beautiful living room with TV, DVD, and a music stereo. Six people can sleep in this flat. It´s in a neighborhood called Eixample- a nice, clam, and safe neighborhood in the center of Barcelona. There are plenty of bars and restaurants which you can reach by foot. We have a supermarket right across the street and the underground and bus stops just one block away.

Mariona was a great host & provided us with all we needed. It was very hot in Barcelona but luckily the AC unit worked very well when we were in the apartment so we were comfortable. The apartment is on the top floor so keep that in mind in case you are a bigger group as there are many stairs and the elevator only supports a couple people at a time. The neighborhood is lovely and there are great bars & restaurants all around. The metro station was close by which made it easy to visit attractions & get back easily. The unit had everything a family of 5 would need. The host thought of everything. There were laundry pods to do laundry, there were basic cooking necessities like spices and oil and anything you would have at home in the cupboards. There were different types of teas and instant coffee. Every bedroom had a fan for those hot nights. The main AC kept the apartment cool. There were two washrooms with 2 showers but we only showered in the main one because it was bigger. Most of all, I could not believe how spacious the unit was. As a family of 5, there was a quiet space for everyone who needed it. The host was super accessible and very kind, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really felt at home!
