Spacious and bright apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, close to the centre, the stadium and just a few metres from Via del Pratello, renowned for its pubs and typical venues.



The house consists of a large living area with a balcony, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV, and an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula.

Following this is the sleeping area, divided into three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the third with a double bed. The last two rooms mentioned also have an attached balcony.

Finally, completing the layout, we have two bathrooms, both equipped with shower enclosures and bidets.



*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Not to be missed are Giambologna's Fountain of Neptune and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli Tower and the Garisenda Tower, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its gastronomic and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, Bolognese ragù accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising you all year round.



The central train station is 3.2 km from the accommodation, whilst the airport can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
