We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. My grandson had so much fun with the swingset and the pool, and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the porch by the outdoor fireplace in the evenings—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway!

The cozy cub exceeding our expectations. It was very clean and impressively well stocked. The pool was fantastic, the game room was a hit with the kids and the teenagers lived in the theatre room when we weren’t in town. The living space was a little smaller than pictures appeared but it was perfect for our family. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you can think about cooking, you just have to be a little creative to store your dry goods. There is not a lot of open cabinet space/counter space. We didn’t care a bit, we loved the Cozy Cub and the hot tub was so therapeutic for these old bones. I only wish one evening had been a little cooler so we could have built a fire! We would absolutely recommend the Cozy Cub and will definitely be back.

This property is excellent for young couples with kids has everything to offer. Even though our kids r older we all had an awesome time. There’s so much to do at the house video games, indoor pool,home theater and swingset. There’s also things for the grown-ups, even though we didn’t use it there is a hot tub on the premises and outdoor deck with fireplace. The host kept us informed with everything, including a power outage right before we got to the house which fortunately was restored before we got there. There is plenty of space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The cabin is fully equipped with pot pans anything and everything you need. Communication throughout the whole process was awesome from the entry away of the gated community to the host over the property, and including the cleaning personnel were all awesome. When asked a question they immediately answered you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cub Oasis. The cabin is beautiful and located in a peaceful area with convenient access to the amenities of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The covered deck with the fireplace and hot tub was a highlight for our family, and the theater room and game room were a lot of fun too.Communication with the owner was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the safety features in the home, especially for families with kids.I shared a few minor items that could be improved for future guests with the owner, but overall we had a good stay and appreciated the opportunity to spend time in the Smokies.
