This 3 bedroom flat was absolutely perfect for our ladies trip and 3 night stay in Paris. Location is within walking distance of at least 2 grocery stores, several restaurants, a park, and more. It is a bit over a mile from the Louvre area, if you can walk it. We took Uber or taxis, also easy to get. The flat is very modern and comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but thats quite typical for Paris. We unfortunately traveled during the 100F heat wave in 2026, nothing could be done about that, but they provided fans in every room and all the windows opened (at night) and we were okay. 2 full bathrooms, very clean, modern and comfortable. The host also met us at the flat to check in, and called the next day just to check in how everything was. Check out process couldn't have been easier, just lock the door on your way out!The only trouble we had was we couldn't figure out the washer dryer combo- but honestly this was probably user error and the heat wave combined. I definitely give this location 5 stars!

Great location and very clean place. It worked well for our family of four as home base for our Paris sightseeing. Communications and check-in with the host were easy.

Spacious, very clean, homey and comfortable. The staff at LivinParis could not have been more helpful. Don’t be scared off by the stairway when you enter the building. I look forward to my next stay there.
