A large sun deck on one side and a covered porch with the hot tub on the other plus a boarded walkway and dune top gazebo make this a great place for relaxing outside. This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $195+ taxes for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking.

We had a great time during our stay. There were plenty of places to sleep, the proximity to the ocean was amazing.

My husband and I stayed recently for a long birthday weekend and loved everything about out trip and this property! The house was beautiful and well maintained with everything we could have needed to enjoy our time in the Outer Banks. The house was spacious and the hosts provided a well stocked kitchen, beautiful spacious bedrooms, a large cozy couch in the living room, and great perks like smart TV's and deck chairs and multiple outdoor patio spaces. Nothing beats the view from the master bedroom deck - watching the sunrise and hearing the ocean all day long! Just steps from the beach, with an outdoor shower to rinse off, with an added perk of the hot tub which was perfect for the cool spring nights to stargaze! The hosts/Sun Realty were able to easily accommodate our 2 small dogs with a reasonable pet fee, and even graciously helped us with a late checkout to enjoy a few more hours of beach time! We would highly recommend this property to families looking for a great place to enjoy OBX!

Needs some significant TLC. Place needs some major repairs, painting, bathroom slate needs replacing. Kitchen sinks need work. Sliding glass door downstairs needs replacing. Screen upstairs needs replacing. Downstairs smells musty and damp!
