*There is a home security camera system on the exterior of the home that covers all door entrances to the property. They are in plain sight.

**Absolutely NO parties or events where outside guests are allowed. This is NOT a party house and is only for the guests that are staying at the rental.

*** 10 PM quiet hours when outdoors. Signs are posted as a reminder. This means no music/entertainment and keeping voices down. This reduces interruption to the neighbors.

****NO SMOKING/VAPING INDOORS, FRONT PORCH OR REAR DECKS. Smoking is allowed in the rear alley-way/25 feet from ALL entrances

******Please put all trash in the bins in the front and DO NOT leave it on the decks.

*********Early Check-in/Late Check-out is based on availability on the day of your arrival or departure. The host can accommodate guests and is happy to do so. Sometimes the host is unable to accommodate due to alternate commitments.
